Joining UCPartners

If you have been inspired by the information presented here, we invite you to consider joining our expanding network. UCPartners has an open business structure. We are not bound by rigid organisations and budgets and want to grow our network of industry experts organically and whenever opportunity presents itself.
Liaison with UCPartners in the Benelux can take several forms, such as joining our partner structure, freelance affiliation, or starting your relationship as an associate. Affiliation can be both full-time or part-time (exclusive or non-exclusive). You set your own working hours and decide yourself (with your clients) where you work. Whatever saves most energy, both for yourself as well as for our planet, suits us fine.
We would like to share our ideal partner profile with you, but are open to discussion if you see a partial fit in experience or capability, and a full fit in your passion for energy markets.

UCPartners' professionals:

  • share a drive to master energy market issues from either a social, economic, political or technological perspective
  • are entrepreneurial and happy to shape their own future, with enough commercial skills to sell UCPartners' services
  • have 5 years or more experience in the industry, in any section of the energy value chain, and in either business or government or academic roles
  • have management skills to manage projects or to temporarily fulfil management positions for our clients
  • can call themselves recognised specialists in some specific industry topics or processes
  • have a (developing) network of personal relationships in the industry
  • are content driven and like to be intellectually challenged
  • are excellent team players and fun to work with

Outside the Benelux we are open for discussion to establish franchise operations in other countries to build a global network of intellectually driven energy & utility experts. If you have an outline for setting up a similar business in your local market or have already started doing so, joining forces with UCPartners will add momentum to our common cause.
