Energy & Utility Education

Rapidly changing energy markets require new skills and capabilities in organisations dealing with this transition. At the end of the day it is people who make change happen. On the other hand ‘old’ skills also still apply. The physical fundamentals of energy do not change. Preparing senior energy professionals for change, but also educating young professionals entering the industry about energy fundamentals, is a key challenge for organisations working in this field.

To attain insight and understanding about the impact of energy transition UCP·academy has developed a training curriculum that covers all phases of the energy sector from production to end user and from old school to renewables. The geographical focus of this curriculum is Europe (EU countries).

In the past several years more than five hunderd energy & utilities professionals have followed this training. The training is delivered through in-company programmes and open market programmes that are accessible for a broad audience.
